The Governing Board Structure
The Governing Board shall consist of:

- 1 LA Governor
- 1 staff Governor
- The Headteacher
- 8 Foundation Governors
- 1 co-opted Governor
The total number of Governors is 14.
Foundation Governors, other than Ex-Officio Foundation Governor, shall be appointed as follows:
4 Governors by the Chester Diocesan Board of Education
3 Governors by the Chester Diocesan Board of Education in consultation with the Parochial Church Council of Eccleston St Mary and Pulford St Mary.
Our Chair of Governors is Nayland Southorn and our vice chair is Andrea Killick.
We have two committees; Finance and Resources, chaired by Rob Hughes and Curriculum, chaired by Katherine Davis.
Nayland Southorn
Foundation Governor serving as Chair of Governors.
Appointed in June 2019 by the Diocese of Chester.
Term of office from 11 Jun 2023 to 10 Jun 2027.
Andrea Killick
Parent Governors serving on Curriculum Committee and as Vice Chair of Governors.
Appointed in December 2020 by the parents of the school.
Term of office from 14 Dec 2024 to 13 Dec 2028
Rob Hughes
Foundation Governors and Chair of Finance and Resources Committee.
Appointed in January 2018 by the PCC.
Term of office from 12 Nov 2025 to 11 Nov 2029.
Zoe Hulse
Parent Governor serving on Curriculum Committee.
